University Scholarship Application for Continuing Students

Northeast Tarrant County Aggie Moms’ Club (NETC Aggie Moms’ Club) is pleased to offer scholarships to area Texas A&M University eligible students. The number of scholarships given and the monetary amounts depends on the success of our fundraising efforts, which varies from year to year. Total funds for scholarships will be announced at our May regular meeting.  Scholarships may be awarded based on academic merit, leadership/participation, financial need or any combination.

The TAMU Department of Scholarships & Financial Aid selects scholarship recipients who meet the criteria provided by NETC Aggie Moms' Club. Recipients will be notified by the Department of Scholarships & Financial Aid and a credit placed on the student's account for use in Fall 2026. Notification of recipients will be sent to NETC Aggie Moms' Club during summer/fall 2026. Winners' names may be posted on NETC Aggie Moms’ website and/or social media. 

Scholarship Criteria and Requirements:

1. Be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at Texas A&M University College Station or Galveston Campuses with 27 or more completed total earned hours. A minimum of 12 hours must have been earned at Texas A&M University.  
   • Enrolled in internships/cooperative or
   • In their graduating semester
• An undergraduate applicant must be enrolled in 12 or more hours for the semester in which the scholarship is awarded
• Graduate student must be enrolled in 9 or more for the semester in which the scholarship is awarded
• Student is eligible for scholarships if they are less than full time and are enrolled in internships/cooperatives or in their graduating semester 
2. Have a cumulative Texas A&M GPA of 2.8 and in be good standing
3. Have a permanent address in an eligible zip code (NE Tarrant County). 
4. Fill out the University Scholarship Application.
5. Fill out the Aid Application if financial need is to be taken into consideration.
6. Scholarship recipients shall send a Thank you note to Northeast Tarrant County Aggie Moms’ Club at the following address:
