Welcome
Howdy! Welcome to the Northeast Tarrant County Aggie Mom’s Club
It seems like yesterday when I was sitting at my first Howdy Party as a first generation Ag’. What a joy to be welcomed by so many amazing Aggie Moms over the last three years. As we embark on the 2025-26 year, we are excited to get our Momraderie time, and to get ready for the 12th Moms to do so much good.
Our theme this year is Sowing Seeds of Selfless Service. We will focus on service and the positive impact moms make in our world.
Why join? There are so many benefits to being an NETC Aggie Mom.
- Mission Based Giving: Last year we raised over $20,000 for scholarships for Aggie students in our area. This year we are looking to add TAMU-approved organizations to the list of our Mission Based Giving initiatives.
- Goody Bags: Members are able to purchase Goody Bags for their Aggies and they are distributed right before Fall and Spring finals. Our club is known for our baked goods and the amazing goodies we provide our Aggies. This year we are also donating 10 Goody Bags each semester to Aggies who were in Foster Care.
- Traditions: Learn about many of the beloved Aggie traditions and Aggie spirit. “From the outside looking in, you can’t understand it. From the inside looking out, you can’t explain it.”
- Parent Support: We are a nurturing place to share the successes and struggles of being a mom throughout and beyond our Aggies college years.
- Social/Networking Events: This is my favorite part of our NETC Aggie Moms’ Club. I love getting together with other Moms’ and celebrating our Momraderie as we move through this season of life. There are many different ways to engage with each other and I have made some amazing friends and met incredible and inspirational women through this club.
These are a few of my favorite things but there is also Aggie Mom Camp, Aggie Mom football tickets and tailgates, Federation Weekends and more!
On behalf of this First Gen Ag’ Mom, it is an honor to welcome you. I personally can’t wait to say Howdy and sing the War Hymn with you.
Many blessings and Gig ‘Em,
Whitney A. Isbell

We have many exciting events planned for this year to help support our students and moms, and to uphold the traditions of TAMU. They include:

- Goody Bags for the students twice a year
- Raising funds and providing scholarships for local Aggies and/or TAMU approved organizations
- Ride shares and networking for students and moms via our private Directory, gathers and our private Facebook Group for members.
Our meetings are held every month, September through May. We offer informative and entertaining programs related to life at Texas A&M, along with time for refreshments and socializing with other Aggie Moms. Check our Calendar for upcoming meetings and other events.
